Payment must be made on confirmation of order. The order will not be processed until payment has been made in full.
For orders made via the website you will be required to make payment before placing the order. We accept all major credit / debit card types and payment can be made through our secure payment server by Sagepay. We also accept Paypal if that is your preferred method of payment.
A bespoke garment is any garment that is customised is with bespoke extras such as embroidery, i.e., a college badge, embroidered initials, or printed sponsorships, logos and numbers requested.
We aim to complete orders with bespoke garments within 20 working days. However, during busy periods, it may take longer. Please note that 20 working days is an estimation, not a guarantee.
Yes you can! We can ship orders almost anywhere, just send an email to us at: email@example.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote normally within a couple of hours during normal business hours.
For non-customised orders, it will usually take 3-5 working days from when you place your order for the items to be delivered if they are in stock. For any orders that have customisations added, delivery times will commence once all customisations have been completed and the order has been processed. If an item on your order is out of stock in our warehouse, we will need to order it in from our supplier. Please allow an additional 5 - 7 working days for any products that need to be ordered in before dispatch.
