Accounts Assistant: -

Pro-Am Sports is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work with the admin team within a fast-growing company. 

Role

As part of a small team the Accounts Assistant will help to develop and implement the company’s financial plan.  The day-to-day activities will include, processing supplier invoices, managing and reconciling the bank accounts and managing internal costings.  The role will also require the individual to communicating with suppliers and chasing outstanding debt. 

The right candidate will be committed, driven by constant personal development and want to enjoy their work. 

Starting Salary - £14500 - £18500

Full -Time role - Flexible and open to a job share

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer & supplier quires.
  • Reconciling bank accounts.
  • Processing all supplier invoices.
  • Sending out monthly customer statements
  • Creating Credit accounts and approving applications.
  • Processing all company expenses.
  • Chasing outstanding debts.

The Individual

The individual will need to learn quickly on the job and have the ability to work on specific tasks individually and expand and develop their knowledge base and skill set.  The individual will ideally have experience of working in a similar role, however, we will train and progress any individual that is the right fit for our business but does not, hold any previous experience in accounting.  A good general knowledge of Window is essential and experience with sage would be beneficial, but not essential.  The applicants must be ability to work individually and as part of a team, be self-motivated and driven to succeed.

 


 

Apprentice Web Developer.

Pro-Am Sports is looking for a Web Developer Apprentice to help create the most dynamic and best website in our industry.

The Role: -

As part of a small team the Apprentice Web Developer will help build our current and new websites, across Magento and Shopify.   The day to day role will be based on our two systems, our ecommerce platform and our order management system.  It will be fast pace environment with lots of scope for the right candidate to develop his or her skills and knowledge.   A level 3 apprenticeship is hard and will push the right candidate as will we, so we want those to apply whom are committed, driven by constant personal development and want to enjoy their work. 

Responsibilities

  • Working alongside our team to help to build and develop Pro-Am Sports ecommerce website.
  • Manage and develop our backend order management system.
  • Design and build landing pages on our ecommerce website
  • Design and build bespoke customer shops
  • Work closely with the team to develop new marketing strategies and help to implement e-mail campaigns.
  • Develop individual knowledge base and help pass that knowledge onto the team.
  • Social Media Platform Integration and Development

The Individual: -

The individual will need to be and outgoing, a good communicator and have the ability to learn quickly.  The candidate must have the ability to work individually and as part of a team, be self-motivated.   

The role is a great opportunity for a recent school/college leaver, with an IT qualification and interest.

Knowledge of SQL, HTML, Java, Java Script, PHP is desirable along with a general understanding of Windows and especially Excel. 

GCSE Maths and English A*-C essential.

As a Business Administrator you will be required to work alongside the rest of the team to make a strong contribution to the business.  The day-to-day activity will include a variation of roles and responsibilities and will include communicating with customers, suppliers such as Nike and adidas, and complete various administrative office tasks. 

 

Responsibilities & Duties

 

  • Customer Service – communicate with customers through both written and verbal communications
  • Sales Order Management - Use the order management system and co-ordinate sales from customers from purchase through to delivery
  • Ordering Stock and Stock Management - co-ordinate with suppliers such as Nike etc to order stock and manage stock
  • Manage the Product Customisation Process – manage the sales and product customisation process alongside our embroidery team
  • Posting Supplier Invoice – entering supplier invoices on to the system and matching them to purchase orders.

Pro-Am Sports is looking for a warehouse executive to help with the day to day running of the business and support all aspects of the business. 

As a warehouse executive you will be required to work alongside the rest of the team to make a strong contribution to the business.  The day-to-day activity will include a variation of roles and responsibilities and will include all goods in and goods out. 

 

Responsibilities & Duties

The successful candidate will be required to assist with processing goods for dispatch and delivery. Use a computerised system for processing stock. Duties will include:-

  • Receiving and checking off of goods inwards deliveries 
  • Picking, packing and shipping of daily orders 
  • Stock control 
  • Stock taking 
  • Receiving and checking off of goods inwards deliveries 
  • General warehouse duties 
  • Update stock databases
  • Assist with the stocktake process
  • Assist with day to day activities as requested
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean & tidy

Pro-Am Sports is looking for a Temporary Printing Executive to help manufacture and produce high quality clothing. 

As a Temporary Printing Executive, you will be required to work alongside our growing team and manufacture high quality garments.  The day-to-day activities will include operating the vinyl printing equipment.  Printing company logos to garment and other items.  Managing the workflow of products coming through the customisation department and managing production targets.

 

Role & Responsibilities
